Christian images
Depiction of Saint Paul. I used layers of acrylic over latex paint to create an image reminiscent of a time worn fresco. His eye sight was never the same after the visitation of Christ's spirit on the road to Damascus. Saul of Tarsus had his name changed by God to Paul and he wrote a large portion of the New Testament. Saint Luke was his companion in a lot of this. The original texts indicate that Luke wrote much of what he communicated to the churches because Paul's eye sight was poor.
